  4. Check the sprouts around the 10-minute mark. Continue cooking until the outer leaves are deeply browned, slightly charred, and the center is tender (total cooking time 12–15 minutes). For maximum crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2 to 3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Carefully transfer the crispy sprouts from the basket to a serving platter. If desired, drizzle immediately with balsamic glaze or sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.

Moisture is the biggest enemy of crispy air-fried vegetables; always ensure your Brussels sprouts are completely dry before coating them in oil. If your air fryer basket is small, always cook the sprouts in two separate batches to maintain proper airflow and achieve the best char and texture.
