- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts (optional).
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and reduce the amount of added sugar. You can also add a layer of chocolate ganache for an extra decadent treat.
