  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 sticks Unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping Ingredients (Optional)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Chopped peanuts

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
  4. Beat in peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts (optional).

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and reduce the amount of added sugar. You can also add a layer of chocolate ganache for an extra decadent treat.
