Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces White chocolate candy melts
  • 0.5 cup Red candy melts
  • 0.25 cup Green candy melts
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles Optional
  • Optional Christmas-themed sprinkles

Equipment

  • Food processor or zip-top bag and rolling pin
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Microwave-safe bowls

Method

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, crush in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  2. Combine with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to crushed Oreos and mix until a dough forms. Use your hands if needed.
  3. Roll into balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate: Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip and coat: Dip each chilled Oreo ball in melted white chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt and decorate: Melt red and green candy melts separately. Once white chocolate sets slightly, drizzle colored chocolate over the balls for a Christmas design. Add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For extra festive flair, use Christmas-themed sprinkles or add a touch of crushed candy cane to the Oreo mixture.
