  • 1/4 cup Optional: Extra Pecans or Cranberries for rolling

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped cranberries, pecans, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball. You can do this directly in the bowl, or transfer it to a piece of plastic wrap for easier shaping.
  4. Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in extra chopped pecans or cranberries (optional) for added texture and visual appeal.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter cheese ball, add 1-2 tablespoons of extra honey. You can also substitute other nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, for the pecans. Make ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
