Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and salt. Stir constantly until smooth and peanut butter is melted (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until melted and fully incorporated.
  5. If using, gently swirl in milk chocolate chips.
  6. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Optional: dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. You can also add chopped nuts, pretzels, or other mix-ins to the fudge for extra texture and flavor.
