  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage Mild or spicy, your choice! Cook thoroughly and crumble.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or your favorite cheese - Monterey Jack, pepper jack, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and the cream cheese is evenly distributed.
  4. Optional: Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use spicy sausage or add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also experiment with different cheeses or add other seasonings to customize the flavor.
