Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Avoid overheating.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and salt until well combined. Gently fold in pecans (or other mix-ins) if desired.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. Feel free to experiment with other mix-ins like sprinkles, dried cranberries, or chopped pretzels.
