- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Avoid overheating.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt until well combined. Gently fold in pecans (or other mix-ins) if desired.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. Feel free to experiment with other mix-ins like sprinkles, dried cranberries, or chopped pretzels.
