- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let crust cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts to the filling for extra texture and flavor.
