  • 4 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash all berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. Drizzle the lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  5. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and gently toss to combine.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld (optional, but recommended).
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur. You can also substitute other berries like cherries or cranberries.
