Instructions
  1. Make the Vanilla Syrup: Combine sugar, water, and vanilla bean (or extract) in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  2. Make the Sugar Cookie Crumble: Crush two sugar cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside.
  3. Chill a martini glass.
  4. Combine Martini Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, vanilla syrup, heavy cream, Angostura bitters, and cinnamon.
  5. Shake well: Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  6. Strain and Serve: Strain into the chilled martini glass.
  7. Garnish: Sprinkle generously with the sugar cookie crumble. Enjoy responsibly!

Notes

For a stronger vanilla flavor, use vanilla bean paste instead of extract. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a thicker or thinner cocktail. You can also rim the glass with sugar before adding the cocktail.
