Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until completely smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Stir in white chocolate chips until melted and the mixture is well combined. Add optional nuts, marshmallows, and sprinkles, mixing gently.
- Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
