  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 ounces White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts Optional
  • 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows Optional

Equipment

  • Heavy-bottomed saucepan
  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula or wooden spoon

Method

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until completely smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted and the mixture is well combined. Add optional nuts, marshmallows, and sprinkles, mixing gently.
  6. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
