- Arrange the sliced or shredded turkey breast in the center of a large platter or serving tray.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes around the turkey.
- Next, arrange the cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, carrot sticks, broccoli florets, and celery sticks around the turkey and tomatoes.
- If using, sprinkle the diced avocado and crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Serve with your choice of dressing or dip (ranch dressing recommended!) in a small bowl alongside the tray.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the vegetables ahead of time and store them separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Assemble the tray just before serving. You can also add other vegetables like cauliflower, radishes, or snap peas.
